Bari Scott

Bari Scott, executive director of SoundVision, provides the intellectual oversight for the Science Literacy Project. Bari has worked on programs ranging in subject from music, politics, science and technology. Currently, she is developing the third series of The DNA Files, as well as a new ten-part documentary series Science and the Search for Meaning in the 21st Century. Bari received a 2000–2001 Knight Science Journalism Fellowship at MIT, as well as a fellowship in biomedical research at the Marine Biological Labs' science journalism program in Woods Hole, Massachusetts. She is a member of the advisory board of the Metcalf Institute for Marine & Environmental Reporting at the University of Rhode Island's Graduate School of Oceanography.
