If you're having problems uploading a file to our FTP site, try these troubleshooting steps. These instructions apply to the free FileZilla program which we link to on the main ftp instructions page:

1) Make sure you have the latest version of FileZilla. Choose "check for updates" from the Help menu, and install the latest version if you need to. Then try uploading again.

2) If you're still having problems uploading, choose "Manual Transfer" from the Transfer menu, and enter the settings shown in the illustration above (substituting your filename where appropriate).

3) If all else fails, contact us.
